After a horrible experience with an online florist, I contacted Joanne and she went ABOVE and BEYOND to get my order in and delivered the very next day even though it was super late in the day. A very kind and caring human. The recipient LOVED the arrangement. So grateful!!!

Joanne went above and beyond to ensure my mother in law got her birthday flowers. They were to be delivered to her place but she ended up in hospital instead. Joanne made sure the flowers were delivered outside her normal schedule to the hospital. They made her evening in hospital for her 96th birthday a bit more pleasant. Thank you very much Joanne for making my MIL happy, it meant so much to us.

I’m in Alberta and wanted to order flowers for my mom on her birthday, normally I go through another place in the city, but as my mom has moved into St. John’s I had to try somewhere else. Upon my Google search joannesfloral was the first to pop up, they had a great selection with a user friendly website! I ordered online and wasn’t able to complete my order until after 11 and they still made sure the flowers were delivered to my mom on her birthday:) she cried she was so happy! Therefore I couldn’t be happier! I will most certainly be ordering again in the future:))

Had a wonderful experience with this caring florist. Flowers were fresh and vibrant. Even got a call to see if anyone would be home to accept them. They didn't want to leave them on the step in poor weather. The lady on the phone was superb. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I needed a large, last minute spray (ordered after hours) for a next day Memorial service. I am 4,500 miles away and had to do everything via email. Joanne delivered the most magnificent floral arrangement, worked with me to change the design slightly and had it delivered by 10:00 am. She kept me advised of delivery and also took pictures so I could see the arrangement. Her service went above and beyond. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We were 100% pleased with the customer service and the lovely floral bouquet arrangement done up by Joanne's Floral Boutique & Gifts. Joanne even sent us a a photo by email to show us what the flower arrangement would look like! That's really set our minds at ase.! We live outside of Newfoundland but would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing to send flowers within the St. Johns, Newfoundland area.
